1950 TRIUMPH 500CC

1950 TRIUMPH 500CC This is a numbers-matching, titled 1950 Speed Twin that became a bit bobbed at some point in its life. The frame is not raked or stretched or altered in any way. The only things worth noting are that the front mounting point for the sprung saddle has been cut off, and there is a small hole drilled through the front down tube. The extra bracket welded to the frame in the seat area was only put there to accept a seat that was with the bike when I bought it (no longer with the bike). The forks have long tubes but the lowers and triple trees are stock items. The steering damper and alloy knob are still in place.
